Shopping Basket

Acceptance

All orders placed by the Buyer whether in writing, verbally or by any other means shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the Buyer to enter into a contract on these conditions. The acceptance of this offer shall be by Dyers Metal Mesh Ltd fulfilling the order.

Payment

Payment of the sales price in full together with any carriage costs and taxes that may be applicable shall be are due from the buyer to Dyers Metal Mesh Ltd in Sterling prior to delivery of the goods.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation / invoice will be given / sent to you, if you have not heard from us after seven working days, please contact us. Please read it carefully to ensure all the details are correct, as you may incur an extra cost if a later change is made.

Delivery

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Quoted prices refer to UK Mainland only. Delivery is by independent carrier during normal working hours. Timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries can be arranged at extra cost. Dyers Metal Mesh cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, industrial disputes etc or acts of third parties.

Returns Procedure

In the event of the buyer being dissatisfied with the quality of the product or the product being found to be damaged the Buyer must contact Dyers Metal Mesh within 48 hours of delivery in writing. Dyers Metal Mesh will arrange to refund or replace the product. This applies to UK mainland only. Delivery charges apply to mainland UK only. Export shipments should be insured against transport/shipping damage separately by the Buyer.

ALL RETURNED STOCK ITEMS or GOODS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 30% restocking charge.

ANY RETURNS cost of picking up GOODS COLLECTED by us or our agent will also be deducted from the material cost refund.

We will also NOT refund the original delivery/carriage charge.

ALL NON STOCK OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS including cut or folded materials ARE NON RETURNABLE.

Applicable Law/Courts of Jurisdiction.

The validity, construction and performance of any contract to which these conditions apply shall be governed by English Law.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
